    This is a great opportunity for you to innovate in this space by developing highly optimized algorithms that will work on scale. This position requires experience with developing Multi-modal LLMs and Vision Language Models. You will collaborate with different Amazon teams to make informed decisions on the best practices in machine learning to build highly-optimized integrated hardware and software platforms.

    Key job responsibilities
    - Participate in the design, development, evaluation, deployment and updating of data-driven models for computer vision applications.
    - Research and implement the state-of-the-art computer vision and Vision Language models algorithms.
    - Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to design and implement computer vision and machine learning based features for Ring devices
    - Influence system design and product vision by making informed decisions on the selection of technology, data sources, algorithms, and sensors.
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience
    - Experience in building models for business application
    - Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
    - Experience developing and implementing deep learning algorithms, particularly with respect to computer vision algorithms
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Proven track record of innovation in creating novel algorithms and advancing the state-of-the-art
    - Experienced in prototyping, designing, implementing and deploying computer vision applications and tools
    - Experience in Vision Language Models and LLMs
    - Effective verbal and written communication skills with non-technical and technical audiences.
    - Exhibits excellent business judgment; balances business, product, and technology very well.

    The Race Coach is responsible for the safety, skill development and supervision of all athletes on their team. It is also the responsibility of the Race Coach to help the Supervisors create and maintain an athlete centered training and race environment by providing quality service in a professional, well-organized and up to date manner. The Race Coach will also assist the Head Coach, Supervisors and Race Administrative Coordinators with all aspects of training and race duties as required.

They find problems that were not identified during testing. In addition to diagnosing network performance issues, the Performance & Optimization Specialist generates daily/weekly/monthly reports related to technology aspects of the customer solution. The specialist performs short-term capacity utilization and traffic pattern assessments to evaluate impact on current and future architecture and recommend optimal network strategy for future traffic/capacity needs, leveraging automation techniques to reduce analysis time and other optimization related activities that involve repetition.
    Required Soft skills:
    a) Strong communication skills
    b) Self starter who will use own deep technical expertise to assess the network configuration and come up with feature/parameter trial plan independently.
    c) Ability to interact/engage customer for technical discussions, review of technical reports/analysis/recommendations

    Required Technical Skill Set:
    1. Strong understanding of 5G NSA, SA (FDD & TDD) and LTE.
    2. Past hands-on experience with trials/optimization projects for 5G NSA/SA with demonstrated experience on 5G Features for Coverage optimization (e.g. SRS Beamforming), Throughput optimization, Load balancing, layering and Traffic Steering from low to high bands..

    4. Ability to analyze internal syslogs, eNB/gNB EMIL/DCAP logs, TTI traces for quick troubleshooting and issue resolution for lab or field activities.
    5. Expertise with UE and eNB/gNB signaling log analysis (UU, X2, S1 signaling)
    6. Exposure with UE logging tools such as QXDM, XCAL, or equivalent and should be proficient with those tools.
    7. Experience with Actix post processing of DT logs.

    Key Accountabilities:
    Execute preventative maintenance works on production and building equipment
    Upkeep spare parts inventory for critical production and building equipment.

    Manufacturing Engineer - Engine Lines

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Engineer - Engine Lines within Rolls-Royce Canada. Working in High Performance Culture environment, the main accountability of the role is to manage the technical standard of the Civil Aerospace products by improving the engineering processes supporting the operations, working closely with the OEM to develop technical solutions, and coordinating / delivering on all engineering related activities.

    Key Accountabilities
    Delivering cost optimization through the control of technical specifications.
    Contributing towards minimizing the cost of non-quality through performance of failure and defect analysis using root cause analysis methodology.
    Finding solutions for engine type specific technical problems, including disposition of non-conforming material in MRB in a timely manner in order to meet customer expectations.
    Investigations on Civil Aerospace products that do not demonstrate delivery of the expected performance, without exceeding engine limitations.
    Developing Engine Management Programs and technical specifications, engine fleet type life cycle cost optimization, and engine life development.

    Basic Requirements:
    University degree in Mechanical Engineering
    Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering
    Fluency in written and spoken English and French
    Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada
    Member of the OIQ (Quebec Order of Engineers)
