    PART TIME HOURS: 8pm-4am Friday and Saturday nights

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    This position is responsible for the safety and security of all guests, staff and property of the resort during the days, evenings and overnight. The Security Agent will participate in foot and vehicle patrols to survey the entire resort regularly for appropriate controls over; noise, property damage, alarm responses, trespassing, Crisis intervention and First Aid calls etc.
    Performs regular foot and mobile security patrols both indoors and outdoors (all seasons in all types of weather).Provides physical security and/or cash escorts to late night employeesResponds to fire and intrusion alarmsResponds to all noise complaints and disruptive behaviour issues notices and deal with trespassers in accordance with Provincial statues and SOPsProvides First Aid/CPR/AED when requiredDocuments all incidents in the security log Solves parking issues in accordance with Municipal By-Law and SOPs

    The Race Supervisor is accountable for (1) managing daily race training ad race day operations and environments, (2) managing schedules and inputting payroll for staff daily and (3) supporting Race Coaches and Race Crew daily with leadership and training.

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
    Work in cooperation with fellow Supervisors to manage and support the coaching staff and ensuring that teams are run efficiently, safely, and effectively, while maintaining excellent levels of service.
    Meet regularly with the Manager, Race and Events and Assistant Manager, Race and Events, to ensure a clear line of communication has been established on team activities, budget guidelines and performance objectives.
    The Race Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the daily schedule is accurate.
    Ensure the overall quality of Race products and delivery by monitoring the on-hill performance of staff, providing feedback and coaching to staff in a timely manner and performing service recovery to guests when necessary.

    WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
    Must hold a minimum ACA-CSC Development Level (DL) Certified certification.
    Preferably hold a minimum CSIA Level 3.
    Willing and able to work outdoors in a variety of unpredictable weather conditions.
    Previous race, coaching and/or ski instructing experience is a must.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent customer services skills.
    Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) from mid-December to end of March.
    Successful applicants (18yrs of age+) are required to provide a Criminal Background Check (Vulnerable Sector Search).

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    You will support the day-to-day operation by preparing and overseeing of baked goods and dessert production, working in one or more of our Food & Beverage primaries (Restaurants, Banquets, Commissary, Base Lodge, Death Cookies).

    Follow recipesand instructions to prep and cook pastries and desserts in large/small quantities.Ensures kitchen safety, cleanliness, food ordering and food quality is delivered consistently.Food sanitation, First in First Out (FIFO) and food storage.Learn, receive training and teach line staff to develop techniques and culinary skills.Prioritize job duties and delegate based on importance.Support Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine with scheduling and ordering.Actively cooks, works any station as needed to support the business.Is aware of and is compliant with the standards and tactics of the business unit as directed by their leaders through training and coaching.
    WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
    2 to 4 years' experience as Pastry Chef.Able to work in a Team environment
