Stratégie d'Accès au Marché et de Remboursemento   Développer et exécuter des stratégies d'accès au marché canadien pour obtenir le remboursement des payeurs publics et privés pour les nouveaux produits et les produits existants.o   Diriger les négociations pCPA, les soumissions aux formulaires provinciaux et NIHB.o   Superviser les soumissions CADTH et INESSS HTA (Évaluation des Technologies de Santé), en assurant une démonstration optimale de la valeur.o   Collaborer avec les équipes HEOR et Médicales pour générer des preuves du monde réel et des modèles économiques soutenant le remboursement.o   Surveiller et adapter les stratégies en fonction des changements de politique réglementaire, de tarification et de remboursement au Canada.2. Leadership en Matière de Tarification et de Politiqueo   Conduire la stratégie de tarification en alignement avec les règlements PMPRB et les objectifs de l'entreprise.o   Surveiller et influencer les changements législatifs et réglementaires impactant la tarification, le remboursement et l'accès au marché.o   Travailler avec les affaires gouvernementales/partenaires externes pour plaider en faveur de positions politiques qui soutiennent l'accès des patients et l'innovation.3. Engagement des Payeurs Privés et des Assureurso   Renforcer les partenariats avec les principaux payeurs privés pour assurer une couverture large des patients.o   Superviser le développement de programmes de soutien au remboursement sur le terrain pour aider les patients à surmonter les barrières d'accès.4. Leadership Transversal et Collaboration Interneo   Diriger une équipe transversale performante axée sur l'accès au marché, la tarification, le remboursement et les relations avec les payeurs.o   Partenariat avec les équipes Commerciales, Affaires Médicales et Réglementaires pour s'assurer que les considérations d'accès au marché sont intégrées dans la planification de la marque.o   Soutenir les équipes de vente avec des informations sur les payeurs, des outils de remboursement et des matériels de formation.o   Fournir à la direction exécutive des recommandations stratégiques sur la tarification, les tendances d'accès et les développements politiques.o   Leader clé et collaborateur dans la stratégie Europe/International et Canada, pipeline, conception des essais et plans de génération de données.o   Travailler de manière transversale pour recueillir des informations sur les payeurs et synthétiser les besoins en preuves pour soutenir l'accès.
