    PART TIME HOURS

    The key responsibilities of this position include promoting water safety, enforcing pool rules, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests/owners to enjoy. The lifeguard will also provide superior customer service to resort guests and owners in order to ensure a smooth daily operation.

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
    Act appropriately in emergency procedures (as trained).Make recommendations to Supervisor on any related issues that will enhance guest experience.Maintain a clean facility at all times including performing cleaning duties of entrance ways, lobby, multi-purpose and first aid rooms, pool, deck and change rooms.Ensure pool decks, chairs, hot tub areas and equipment are cleaned and well organized.Follow up on guest requests, questions and concerns in a prompt and attentive manner.Enforce pool rules, ex. smoking, drinking, and reserving chairs etc.Document any damage or maintenance deficiencies and missing inventory items.Interact with guests and homeowners to provide accurate resort information.
