Reporting to the Clinic Owner, the Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and treat clients with a variety of physical conditions, including orthopaedic injuries, sports-related injuries, and motor vehicle accident (MVA) rehabilitation needs. The role emphasizes evidence-based, individualized, and client-centered care , with 60-minute initial assessments and a maximum of two clients per hour to ensure high-quality one-on-one treatment. Working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment, the Physiotherapist will contribute to comprehensive rehabilitation plans and optimal client outcomes while upholding the highest standards of professional practice. Key Responsibilities Clinical Assessment & Treatment: Assess, evaluate, and diagnose clients’ physical conditions (e.g., musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, sports injuries, post-MVA conditions) and develop appropriate physiotherapy treatment plans. Individualized Care Planning: Implement evidence-based and personalized treatment interventions – including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, education, and modalities – tailored to each client’s needs and goals. Caseload Management: Manage a clinical caseload efficiently by adhering to the clinic’s one-on-one treatment model.
