    The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.
    The Customer Experience and Disputes product team is looking for a Vice President, Product Management - Go-to-Market Strategy. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, knows how to navigate a matrixed high-growth organization, and has a proven record of scaling products. This person will work across all products in our space including Ethoca Clarity and Alerts, PCS, MCOM and more to help define and lead our post-purchase experience strategy.
    The Vice President, Product Management will be responsible for:
    • Defining and leading the global Go-to-Market strategy for our products within Customer Experience and Disputes by aligning product positioning, pricing, packaging with regional and global growth objectives within our area and across Mastercard.
    • Working closely with key customer segments to ensure we establish improved processes to gather the voice of the customer and keeping our pulse on customer needs that continue to drive product-market fit and customer retention specifically in disputes and chargebacks.
    • Leading the broad commercialization, including establishing new market opportunities and key performance indicators for the Post- Purchase Experience while setting objectives in partnerships with regions and driving launch readiness, sales enablement, performance tracking.
    • Acting as an expert, advocate, and champion to internal and external stakeholders across regions to educate on the latest customer, product and market trends, how those inform the product marketing roadmap and be recognized as the source of truth for Customer Experience and Disputes.
    • Advising and partnering with Sales & Account teams globally to deliver compelling value propositions, enablement content and training that drive pipeline growth and conversion.
    • Identifying, evaluating and prioritizing business cases for new business and product opportunities, and build business models to support.
    • Managing, inspiring, coaching, and empowering a cross-functional product team and ensure compliance with Mastercard's product management discipline and foster a culture of agility, accountability, and customer-centricity.
    • Collaborating closely with Product to align product delivery to messaging and act as a feedback loop back to product to deliver sales and consumer insights.

    • Drive tangible data-driven business outcomes at the program level, manage to a quantified scorecard continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance.

    Your opportunity:
    The Team Lead, International Student Immigration Advising, oversees the International Student Immigration Advising (ISIA) team's day-to-day operations. Reporting to the Associate Director, International Student Services, the Team Lead serves as a first-level agent for case escalations and provides direction to the team in its delivery, practice and interpretation of immigration and other related government policies. The Team Lead provides feedback on work performance to the ISIA team and directs the activities of the team by planning and overseeing the operational workflow of program administration activities. The Team Lead also provides training to regulated international student immigration advisors, student life staff and student leaders.
    The Team Lead keeps the Associate Director informed of ISIA team activities and advises the Associate Director on the interpretation of immigration and other related government policies. In consultation with the Associate Director, the Team Lead analyzes amendmentsto legislative and regulatory requirements, disseminates developments in regulatory requirements, and recommends changes to current practices to ensure ongoing compliance. The Team Lead assists with building partner networks with external agencies whose cooperation is important to the University. The Team Lead leads the ISIA team on suggesting recommendations to the Associate Director for changes in current practices of student immigration advising including suggested updates and maintains procedures andprotocols to comply with Federal Government legislation.     The Team Lead works with the Associate Director and tri-campus International Student Centres to ensure that developments in regulatory requirements are disseminated, interpreted and applied. The Team Lead leads the ISIA team on daily communication, coordination and delivery of activities related to the delivery of informative workshops, training and information sessions.     The Director, Indigenous Initiatives and Indigenous House is responsible for the vision and strategic development and execution of Indigenous initiatives at UTSC, along with full strategic oversight, administration and operations of the newly built Indigenous House at the UTSC campus. The incumbent will expertly advise, recommend solutions, develop and implement plans, and coordinate partnerships to advance Indigenous presence, inclusion, supports, and programming at UTSC. The Director, Indigenous Initiatives and Indigenous House has full oversight of the Indigenous Initiatives and Indigenous House operations at UTSC, providing supervision to senior staff as well as overseeing long-term operational resource planning for the entire Indigenous Initiatives unit.
    The incumbent provides expert advice and makes recommendations to the UTSC senior leadership team on matters relating to decolonization, Indigenization, and Answering the Call: Wecheehetowin: Report of the Steering Committee for the University of Toronto's Response to the Trust and Reconciliation Commission of Canada . The incumbent is responsible for leading, supporting and amplifying campus-wide initiatives that support the University and UTSC's vision, strategic priorities, academic plan, policies, and objectives.
    The Director will work with portfolios at UTSC and the institutional Office of Indigenous Initiatives to review related structures and initiatives, and will make recommendations regarding changes to, and the creation of, new structures and processes to implement Indigenous initiatives to work towards reconciliation with Indigenous people and communities.
    The Director, Indigenous Initiatives and Indigenous House works closely with Indigenous groups in and outside of the University in the mission of the campus and University, broadly intersecting with such areas as teaching and learning, student experience, faculty and staff recruitment and engagement, and community-based research.     Lead, grow and develop our rail and transit teams.
    Manage, coach, motivate and provide leadership for staff to provide high-quality services and innovative solutions to complex infrastructure design challenges involving multiple stakeholders.
    Lead and oversee the preparation of technical reports and documentation of activity for clients promoting technical excellence and quality assurance of deliverables.
    Provide effective and efficient management of relevant day-to-day operations, including scheduling, assigning, and reviewing work to achieve project objectives and outcome measures.
    Assist in business development activities and undertake leadership roles in proposal preparation including assistance in developing project methodology, work programs, schedules, and budgets.

    Act as Parsons' representative with clients and selected subcontractors during project execution.

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)
    Must be Registered as a Professional Engineer in Ontario.

    Excellent written and oral communications skills.
    Applied knowledge of published standards and guidelines from provincial and municipal governments and associations.
