    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    The purpose of this position is to assist the Supervisor, Retail in all areas of sales and merchandising within our retail stores. Poses a strong desire to work in a fast-paced sales culture, providing excellent Customer Service and "above and beyond" experiences to all guests.
    Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, assessing their needs, and offering knowledgeable assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges through the POS system in accordance with company policies.Maintain merchandising and inventory standards by restocking products, organizing displays, monitoring stock levels, and supporting inventory control processes.Accurately perform daily cash-out procedures as assigned.Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash desk areas, to uphold a safe and inviting environment.

    Past retail experience is not required, but considered an asset.Indoor working environment, can be noisy at times when really busy.Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, days, evenings and holidays.

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    Supervisors are responsible for running a daily shift, this includes overseeing the staff, opening, and closing the business units and upholding brand standards.
    Set clear service expectations for staff; supervise, motivate, coach, & recognize performance of team members. Address, manage and document performance shortfalls as they happen. Conduct performance evaluations on all workers under their control and initiate/suggest plans to help motivate workers to achieve goals.Adhering to Brand Standards set by the company, following station layouts, drink recipes, and service standards.Train and lead front line staff and ensure day-to-day operation and ongoing coaching and development are geared to deliver the highest degree of sales, service, safety and guest experience. Leverage and involve other departments as necessary. With oversight from Manager, develop SOPS and other training documents.Build and maintain a positive working relationship with Culinary Leaders, chefs and cleaning staff. Develop and possess an extensive knowledge of menuOversee and, when necessary, help team complete their daily tasks by performing such work as serving, cashiering, complete opening/closing duties, bus tables etc. ; manage a cash float based on the cash handling standards of the business, balance and reconcile daily sales, balance safes, complete daily reporting.Build and maintain positive relationships with Guests and/or Group Conveners. Be confident with managing guest expectations and seamlessly ensuring satisfactory service recovery.Accountable for dept. area daily maintenance equipment and amenities.Responsible for order food and beverage products for the business unit, adhering to the par levels provided by the Manager/Assistant Manager
    WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
    Must be a minimum of 18 years of age where alcohol is served.Must have Smart Serve Certificate or be willing to obtain where alcohol is served.Minimum of three years of serving experience or extensive customer service experiencePrevious supervisory, training, coaching, and performance management experience, preferably within the hospitality industry preferredExcellent Customer Service and Communication SkillsPrevious POS systems experience an assetReliable, punctual and professional in presentationAbility to monitor and impact the bigger picture and the bottom line through strategizing to improve existing systems and sales procedures.
