    • Maintain up-to-date records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
    • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with other departments.
    • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning to prevent shortages or overstock.
    • Support warehouse cleanliness, follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.
    • Assist in training new warehouse staff and promote best practices in operations.
    • Strong communication skills and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and inventory control. Skills and Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
    • Solid knowledge of cycle counting, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
    • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP is a plus.
    • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain it).
    • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and support team leadership efforts.
    • Physical ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
    • Highly reliable, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
    • Proven ability to support training initiatives and process improvements.
