The Warehouse Shift Supervisor will oversee the operation of a shift within the Distribution Centre, including on-site management, health and safety, inventory accuracy maintenance, weekly labor management, and managing effective cross shift communication and other warehousing departments.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsures inventory accuracy for items or location being picked, packed, palletized, shipped out and or put away.Pick and packs orders in boxes or pallets.Monitor supply deliveries and manage regular cleaning and maintenance schedules.Ensure shipment processes are compliant.Complete data entries for receipt of orders in system.Manage Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) for retail channels via classification.Performs physical inventory counts making sure it matches with our system.Work in collaboration with Managers to oversee performance management of warehouse.Ensure that all inventory documentation is complete and accurate.Other related duties as warehouse clerk activities.
