This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager.What You Will Be Doing?The Warehouse and Expediting Manager is responsible for defining, in collaboration with the project management and the headquarters’ Material Manager, the following:Minimum initial stocks for critical and strategic materials and spare partsList of the materials codes needed for warehouse accountingSpecific project-related warehouse management proceduresImplementation of the expediting proceduresProcurement managementDefining, in collaboration with the management, the project requirements by preparing an initial requirement plan and updating itTo reorder sensible item for projectAnalyzing and approving the purchase requisitions issued by the warehouse.Monitoring the procurement process and supervising order follow-up activitiesAssist procurement team in definition of logistics approach for international suppliesWarehouse, Logistics and Expediting managementSupervising warehouse operations (goods receipts, quality assurance, issues, transfers, etc.)Supervising stocks and ensuring full compliance with economic, ergonomic and safety requirementsSupervising auditing activities related to warehouse movements.Optimizing the stocks of materials and spare parts (by regularly analyzing and updating minimum stock and replenishment levels, slow movement stocks) in coordination with the managers of other local warehousesDefining, in collaboration with the AFC director/manager the frequency and procedures for performing warehouse inventories (at least two times per year) related to materials and spare parts, supervising the inventories, and examining the inventory discrepancies.Assisting the Cost control department in the execution of the warehouse end-of-month closing transactionsManagement of claim/no conformities and interaction with insurance department for major issuesPreparing and analyzing periodical stock management reportsPreparation of all reports to monitoring the warehouse activitiesOrganization of site document filing system according to HO guidelinesIn conjunction with construction Manager, to ensure and to maintain suitable site records of resources and production.
