About the Team
The Supply Chain Product Management (PdM) team’s core mandate is to solve complex Supply Chain challenges by acting as a thought partner to the business and delivering tangible software products across every stage of the Product lifecycle. Our team is critical in lululemon’s pursuit to fuel growth, drive innovation, and deliver on our promise to improve the wellbeing of people and minimize our environmental impact. We partner closely with operational leaders, technology counterparts, engineering, project leaders, and program management to build product strategy, roadmap, and high‑impact software that enables leading Supply Chain capabilities.
Responsibilities
Lead the day‑to‑day execution and serve as the point of contact for one or more mid‑scale and mid‑complexity Supply Chain technical product(s).
Promote a user‑centric mindset, collaborate daily to deliver the desired product capabilities, and mentor Product Analysts to develop and grow within the program.
Understand how specific product(s) align with the broader Supply Chain strategy, capabilities to be delivered, and technology or data required.
Define and execute a backlog of work items (epics and user stories) by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and plan Agile sprints.
Capture requirements, create user stories, document acceptance criteria, and align on a clear Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for each release.
Work with Agile scrum teams to drive delivery of scoped product features, partner with Technology to translate business requirements into technical specifications, and iterate to find the optimal solution considering effort, complexity, and value.
Lead product demos, identify testing requirements, determine training needs, and support the product sign‑off process with stakeholders.
Address feedback and bugs identified during testing or post‑release, cultivating a continuous‑improvement culture to increase product quality and user experience.
Inspire and train Product Analysts on Product Management / Agile approaches and frameworks, providing instructions, manuals, and day‑to‑day mentorship through a structured management style.
Own end‑to‑end WMS product delivery for warehouse implementations, from requirements and configuration through testing, cutover, go‑live, and post‑implementation stabilization.
Translate DC operational workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory) into prioritized WMS epics and user stories in partnership with Operations, IT, and vendors.
Qualifications
1‑3 years of Product Management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; advanced degree preferred; Product Management certification preferred.
Proven track record of delivering and deploying technical products in an agile environment.
Strong critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail, and excellent analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets.
Ability to listen, collaborate effectively, and adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals.
Deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback.
Demonstrated knowledge of general supply chain capabilities, technology, and metrics.
Experience in agile delivery methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and frameworks for technical products (initiatives, features, epics, user stories).
Capacity to drive insights from quantitative and qualitative analysis.
Ability to multi‑task and maintain quality, detail, and organization.
Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience; proficiency in SQL preferred.

Compensation and Benefits Package
The typical hiring range for this position is $112,200 - $147,200 annually ; base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Permanent employees may be eligible for a competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
