Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Warehouse Operative to join our team in Morden, Canada.This role supports efficient and high-quality warehouse operations while contributing to the premium positioning of the profine Group and its Kömmerling brand. The position covers daily logistics activities including goods receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and transport coordination.

About the opportunity:
The Operations Efficiencies Manager will support a culture of change management and implement best practices from lean manufacturing to the site. Identify and drive strategies designed to reduce cost and/or grow revenue. Implement strategic initiatives agreed upon by management to completion and ensure the desired outcome is recognized in the P&L.
