POSITION SUMMARYThe System and Warehouse Technician is primarily responsible for receiving, assembly, testing, packaging of industrial systems. Receives, assembles, installs, tests, dismantles machinery using hoists, lift trucks, hand and power tools. The technician analyzes plans for new equipment and maps out space to unpack and assemble new equipment through implementing 5S principles for workplace organization, inventory management, and managing shipping/receiving operations. Our first product line is Neo-Pure, which leverages our proprietary technology of liquid formulas and systems that apply our solutions onto spices, seeds, herbs, and nuts in food processing facilities. POSITION SUMMARYThe System and Warehouse Technician is primarily responsible for receiving, assembly, testing, packaging of industrial systems. Receives, assembles, installs, tests, dismantles machinery using hoists, lift trucks, hand and power tools. The technician analyzes plans for new equipment and maps out space to unpack and assemble new equipment through implementing 5S principles for workplace organization, inventory management, and managing shipping/receiving operations. The incumbent must demonstrate a strong understanding in rigging heavy equipment, safety protocols, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent organizational skills. The technician troubleshoots problems and repairs or replaces worn or broken parts as necessary. May use equipment like forklifts, aerial lifters, and cranes to move heavy or unwieldy machinery. May perform welding, fabrication, or calibration as needed. Follows all work site safety requirements and regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damagePick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentLoad and unload trucks and delivery vehiclesOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or forklifts (if certified)Accurately label, scan, and track inventoryMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentFollow safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus, but not requiredAbility to lift to 60 lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periodsBasic math and organizational skillsAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedEnglish and Spanish speaking Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
