This position requires experience with developing Multi-modal LLMs and Vision Language Models. You will collaborate with different Amazon teams to make informed decisions on the best practices in machine learning to build highly-optimized integrated hardware and software platforms.

    Key job responsibilities
    - Participate in the design, development, evaluation, deployment and updating of data-driven models for computer vision applications.
    - Research and implement the state-of-the-art computer vision and Vision Language models algorithms.
    - Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to design and implement computer vision and machine learning based features for Ring devices
    - Influence system design and product vision by making informed decisions on the selection of technology, data sources, algorithms, and sensors.
    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience
    - Experience in building models for business application
    - Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
    - Experience developing and implementing deep learning algorithms, particularly with respect to computer vision algorithms
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Proven track record of innovation in creating novel algorithms and advancing the state-of-the-art
    - Experienced in prototyping, designing, implementing and deploying computer vision applications and tools
    - Experience in Vision Language Models and LLMs
    - Effective verbal and written communication skills with non-technical and technical audiences.
    - Exhibits excellent business judgment; balances business, product, and technology very well.

    Sous la direction générale du gestionnaire du contrôle de la production, il
    sera responsable de :
    a) S'assurer que les pièces et matériaux soient acheminés dans l'usine
    par ordre de priorité afin que la planification soit maintenue. De plus il
    pourra utiliser de l'équipement de manutention des matériaux sauf les
    chariots élévateurs dans l'accomplissement de ses fonctions;
    b) Différentes fonctions cléricales nécessaires à l'accomplissement de cet
    acheminement;
    c) La disponibilité des rapports afin de permettre au département du
    contrôle de la production de contrôler le progrès du travail effectué;
    d) Contrôler les espaces réservés pour fins de rétention dans les ateliers
    et la réquisition de matériel;
    e) Remplacer le personnel clérical du département, contrôle de la
    production, si nécessaire.
    La présente définition ne restreint en aucune façon le personnel salarié du
    département de contrôle de la production d'accomplir n'importe laquelle des
    fonctions cléricales énumérées plus haut, sans toutefois déplacer les
    contrôleurs de l'acheminement

    Exigences de base :
    Diplôme d'études secondaires
    Capacité à effectuer des tâches manuelles/physiques
    Organisé et possède des compétences informatiques de base

    Un (1) à trois (3) années d'expérience pertinente dans un environnement aéronautique

    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for a Performance & Optimization Specialist for one of our clients to perform network performance, monitoring, and analysis by collecting and analyzing information, identifying the abnormalities from sources in the domain of the customer solution, diagnosing root causes of performance issues, and recommending improvement for optimization actions (i.e., QoS Optimization, parameter tuning, SW Upgrades, etc.) to meet contractual KPI targets. They find problems that were not identified during testing. In addition to diagnosing network performance issues, the Performance & Optimization Specialist generates daily/weekly/monthly reports related to technology aspects of the customer solution. The specialist performs short-term capacity utilization and traffic pattern assessments to evaluate impact on current and future architecture and recommend optimal network strategy for future traffic/capacity needs, leveraging automation techniques to reduce analysis time and other optimization related activities that involve repetition.
    Required Soft skills:
    a) Strong communication skills
    b) Self starter who will use own deep technical expertise to assess the network configuration and come up with feature/parameter trial plan independently.
    c) Ability to interact/engage customer for technical discussions, review of technical reports/analysis/recommendations
    d) NAM Time zone support

    Required Technical Skill Set:
    1. Strong understanding of 5G NSA, SA (FDD & TDD) and LTE.
    2. Past hands-on experience with trials/optimization projects for 5G NSA/SA with demonstrated experience on 5G Features for Coverage optimization (e.g. SRS Beamforming), Throughput optimization, Load balancing, layering and Traffic Steering from low to high bands..
    3. Past hands-on experience with trials/optimization projects for LTE with demonstrated experience on 4G Features for Data/VoLTE Drop call improvement, Load balancing, Layering and Traffic Steering from low to high bands.
    4. Ability to analyze internal syslogs, eNB/gNB EMIL/DCAP logs, TTI traces for quick troubleshooting and issue resolution for lab or field activities.
    5. Expertise with UE and eNB/gNB signaling log analysis (UU, X2, S1 signaling)
    6. Exposure with UE logging tools such as QXDM, XCAL, or equivalent and should be proficient with those tools.
    7. Experience with Actix post processing of DT logs.

    Job Responsibilities
    1. Performs critical (sometimes escalated) design and performance activities in customer projects independently (complex problem solving in projects and multi-vendor environments).
    2. Develops / Reviews and makes recommendations on network-wide Design covering Performance, Spectrum & Capacity supported by Recommendations (within and across the region).
    3. Organizes field measurements and laboratory tests. Performs network audits, especially in cases where fault or problems exist.
    4. Optimizes networks with all components based on traffic trends and customer forecasts.
    5. Supports experts in developing network configuration file and interface analysis

    Project Specific Roles
    1. I. LTE LMS assessment and LTE Features evaluation and executing trials for Load balancing, traffic steering campaigns for movement from low to high bands.
    II. LTE and VoLTE Drop call rate improvement via troubleshooting configuration issues, analysis of counters and coming up with trial plan for KPI improvement based on feature trials and parameter tuning (not look for RF shaping skillset)

    Key Accountabilities:
    Execute preventative maintenance works on production and building equipment
    Upkeep spare parts inventory for critical production and building equipment.
