    Previous leadership experience, or a willingness to progress into a leadership position. A passion for making a difference for each guest. Strong team play, organization and communication skills. Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated with a high attention to detail. Ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks needing attention. Adaptable to a changing work environment and different tasks. Confidence in safe use and instruction of common cleaning equipment, chemical use and grounds maintenance equipment. Experience in a custodial and or grounds maintenance role an asset. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
