The Dufferin Peel Catholic District School Board is accepting Contract Floater Custodian and Cleaner applications.
Custodian and Cleaner staff work with the Lead Hand / Head Custodian in the care, securing and operation of the physical plant.
POSITION - Floater Custodians and Cleaners
Temporary Contract Position : Part-time and Full-time
LOCATION Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, Bolton and Orangeville
Salary : $25.15 per hour
Hours of Work: Cleaners – Monday to Friday – 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Floater Custodians - must be available for all three shifts. 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. *Full Flexibility is also required to be called in for a day shift as early as 6:30 a.m. *
EDUCATION /QUALIFICATIONS
Proof of completion of grade 12 education or post-secondary Require past cleaning/custodial experience. Floating Custodians may be required to travel to schools within Mississauga, Brampton, Bolton, Caledon and Orangeville Resume/Cover Letter A valid ‘G’ driver’s license and insurance will only be required for Floater Custodians
Applicants will be required to pass a physical test in order to assess applicant’s ability to meet the requirements of the job.
