You, As a Senior VDC Coordinator, Will Be a part of a project team working in a fast‑paced environment with project managers, superintendents, and engineers on‑site. Build a BIM Execution Plan and Project specific VDC implementation strategy. Understand the owner BIM / Employers Information Requirements (EIR) and use a custom suite of software tools to prepare model‑based deliverables. Work with Project Management team to develop BIM specific scope of work in tender documents. Have the freedom and creativity to develop project specific workflows that utilize BIM data for estimating, logistics, planning, scheduling (4D), coordination, field layout, and facilitates management. Develop solutions with the project stakeholders by performing model‑based design and constructability review, clash detection and visualization.
