    Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field;5+ years of experience in a similar positionExperience within the financial services, fintech or wealth management industryExperience reporting to a headquarters outside CanadaProven experience translating strategy into execution within complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-cultural organizationsFamiliar with Canadian regulatory environments and experienced collaborating with risk, compliance, and control teams
