    About the Role As an Operations Administrator based in Burlington, Ontario, you will play a key role in supporting Operations Activities and it's interface to other facets of the business. You will work closely with internal teams and external customers & vendors to ensure all assigned business functions are aligned, tracked, and delivered on time, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the business.
    Responsibilities Control and monitoring of office services & supplies. Co-ordinating courier drop offs and pick ups, dropping off mail to a Canada Post location. Maintaining the Canada post mailing machine and ensuring necessary funds available. Co-ordinating new building key cards and keys. Track open Customer Purchase Orders, follow up on timely order entry by Project Managers Prepare project handover documents from Sales to Operations, Operations to Finance Review Contract documents and advise Finance and Customer Service of Insurance Requirements and Payment terms. Purchase Order generation and buying support Administration of shipping & inventory activities & paperwork Administer payroll activities for site staff Support QC documentation and applicable Safety documents collection and distribution Support Close out document preparation (As-built drawings, Warranty) Documentation Control - Filing of all documents related to projects in the job folder on an ongoing basis

    Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent; further education in project management or related fields is preferred.
    Required Skills Proven experience in a project support or coordination role, ideally within a similar industry.
    Preferred Skills Proficiency in project management software and MS Office, especially Excel, for tracking and reporting. Strong attention to detail for data entry, record-keeping, and project tracking. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective collaboration. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to project success.

    Our client is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this full-time role ensures efficient coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Verify and store incoming shipments Prepare bills of lading for customer orders Ensure products are packed, labeled, and recorded correctly Maintain accurate shipping records Optimize shipping routes and negotiate courier rates Direct drivers on truck parking and loading/unloading Track shipments and communicate delays Lead and support shipping team members Work with scheduling, inventory, and operations teams Manage warehouse storage and returns Contribute to production meetings and process improvements Enforce safety regulations and PPE use Manage a team of 4 - 5 direct reports.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    5+ years of experience in a Shipping and Receiving position Experience managing a team Knowledge of international shipping, especially Europe and US Experience with freight brokers and carriers Proficiency in customs paperwork and documentation Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory processes In-depth knowledge of company products and SKUs Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Strong written and verbal communication abilities
