Position Summary
The Assistant Manager, FP&A will lead the planning and analysis function for our Canadian operation to deliver flexible, accurate, and timely forward-looking financial information, insights and metrics. The key deliverables include the preparation, optimization, and monitoring of the Long Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, monthly/quarterly forecasts, management presentations, variance analysis, and analytical support for key initiatives. Summary of Position

Contribute to completing outcome measures and assessment questionnaires such as assessment inventories/tests as directed by psychology and psychiatry experts on Teladoc's team. Facilitate expedited procurement of member medical records. Schedule treatment action plan report discussions between members and Teladoc clinicians. Assist members to implement treatment, identifying best path to care as recommended in expert action plan report. Provide technical and case support to Teladoc clinicians. Meet defined service level standards for case progression, overall quality, and member satisfaction. Ensure compliance with privacy legislation such as the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA). Utilize technology to ensure case coordination and integrity of information documenting all internal and external communications (verbal and written) Provide training and education to members, third party and internal partners on a variety of subjects, from administrative tasks such as how to use video conferencing tools to more in-depth topics, such as how the Mental Health program works. Assist in building the company's network of quality mental health community resources and partners. Liaise with third party partners to ensure a seamless case management process with measurable outcomes and metrics. Perform other duties, as directed. Qualifications Expected for Position
Experience working in the mental/behavioral health field and knowledge of the mental health system. Demonstrated knowledge of relevant policies and legislation surrounding mental health. Summary of Position:
The case coordinator ensures efficient case progress, high quality service and member experience across service lines. In collaboration with the case managers and clinical teams, the experience is enhanced through scheduling, medical records management, documentation and exceptional communication. This dynamic role may support provider matching, medical records coordination and case support both internally and externally. This role is designed to allow effective multi-skilling and lateral career development.
General Duties
Case creation and records transfer in collaboration with the Case Management team and providers. Provide members with assistance, support, and follow-up where necessary. Management of call logs and cases in Boost/Salesforce as it relates to scheduling, medical records management, documentation and communication. Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to providers and members. Provide administrative assistance to providers and Case Managers with various tasks. Collaborate with the clinical team (Case Managers, in particular) to support case progression. Support identification and selection of appropriate specialists/third parties using internal database. Assist with scheduling calls between members and providers. Utilize technology for case coordination and information integrity, documenting all communications. Maintain filing and storage systems as required for digital records, CDs, USBs, and physical records. Escalate case-related questions/concerns to the Case Manager. Qualifications Expected for this Position:
