Your Opportunity Business Services & Outsourcing (BSO) is looking for a Change Practitioner to join our team. Working alongside the Change Management Office (CMO) team, your primary responsibility will be to lead the successful implementation of changes, including assessing, planning, and managing changes to processes, systems, and technology to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimum disruption to business operations. You will also work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that changes align with business objectives and are communicated effectively to all stakeholders. You will create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize business and employee adoption and usage of the changes, working to drive faster adoption and higher utilization while minimizing resistance. Key accountabilities and responsibilities include: Change Management Follow change management discipline to ensure all people impacts are managed for the initiatives where you are the change leader. Document and produce organizational change work including change readiness, input to communication development, input to talent management processes, input to leadership and ownership, learning/training, and change implementation and reinforcement plan. Create communication templates and have ability to adjust content to different audiences. Assess the impact of proposed changes on business operations, systems, and technology, and identify potential risks and benefits. Develop and implement change management plans, including communication plans, resistance management plans, stakeholder engagement plans and training plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management plans and strategies and make adjustments as necessary. Identify and manage risks associated with changes and develop contingency plans to mitigate those risks. Work collaboratively with other change managers in BDO’s CMO to develop and maintain a consistent and repeatable change management framework and methodology that is aligned with the organization's objectives and strategies. Evaluate the effectiveness of change management processes and strategies and make adjustments as necessary to improve future change initiatives. Change Communication & Stakeholder Management Establish personal engagement agreement with business sponsor(s) and stakeholder(s) to facilitate shared meaning and commitment to goals. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that changes are aligned with business objectives and that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process. Work with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that changes are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimum disruption to business operations. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that stakeholders are prepared for changes and have the necessary skills and knowledge to adopt and utilize the changes. Design Champions program, when necessary and engage with members. How do we define success for your role? Prosci Certification is preferred. 3-5 years of Change Management Experience - must have comprehensive knowledge of change management principles and practices. Proven work experience of change management work stream from initial vision to post implementation. 3-5+ years transformation/project management experience (e.g., PMs, Product Owners, PCOs, Business Owners etc.) Previous experience working within a professional services firm preferred. Demonstrated experience with the rollout of large, complex projects. 3-5 Years Microsoft Suite Product knowledge - including PowerPoint and Excel Demonstrated experience working with Executive level Stakeholders and managing expectations. Superior communication skills including experience in developing and delivering presentations to both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve organizational and program objectives. Highly developed analytical skills with ability to use expert level judgment for strategic thinking and problem solving.
