    Compensation Range: $17.60/hour Position Summary:
    You will work 37.5 hours per week in the role of Goal Support Worker supporting the Independent Living Program (ILP). In this position, you will be a peer mentor to youth with disabilities who are developing independent living skills. You will assist participants to problem solve, develop strategies and help them achieve their own personal goals for independent living. In addition, you will also provide some administrative support for summer programs and assist the ILP Coordinator when needed. Only past ILP participants can apply for this position. Qualifications:Experience working with people with disabilities Must be self-directed and demonstrate leadership capabilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Work experience in a similar role or related field will be considered an asset Must be flexible with hours/days Must be flexible to location of program We're committed to creating an accessible and inclusive candidate experience.     Compensation Range: $ $22.38/ hourPosition Summary:

    The Summer Landscaping Student will support the maintenance and beautification of outdoor spaces, ensuring a safe and attractive environment for staff and visitors. This role involves physical outdoor work in varied weather conditions. Ability to work flexible hours and go between sites required. Key Responsibilities:Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and edging walkways.Weeding, mulching, fertilizing, planting and maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and trees.Safely operating lawn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping tools.Perform minor maintenance on equipment.Remove debris and garbage from outdoor areas.Maintain parking lots, playgrounds, and utility areas.Assist with painting and minor outdoor projects.Support facilities staff as needed.Qualifications:Must be enrolled in post-secondary education.Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred.Experience in maintaining irrigation systems preferred.Knowledge of Health and Safety.Attn: Internal Staff
