    The Role McCann Worldgroup Canada is looking for a senior HR professional who excels in building strong relationships and a passion for supporting the organization’s people objectives. This is a 12-month contract opportunity, starting April 2025. Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer and working within a small, highly collaborative and engaged HR team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support that delivers best practice and business focused HR solutions for our teams across three offices.     What you will do… Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders and people managers to address sensitive employee matters and provide strategic HR guidance. Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with pertinent legislation and organization policies and legal requirements. Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and career development.     Who you will be… Agency experience is an asset. Broad experience at a senior level in Human Resources within generalist roles ideally coupled with education in a relevant discipline.     Your Role A Producer at McCann Canada is someone who is passionate about creative and finding ways to make great work! Our producers are not only the main liaise between account and creative teams and our production partners, they are also multi-taskers who produce creative across all platforms including broadcast/video, photo, digital content production, activations and R&D. You will leverage your understanding of production to guide teams and clients through a project lifecycle. This role requires an ability to communicate strongly and effectively to drive decisions and next steps.
