    Participer aux appels de pré-intégration avec le responsable. Répondre rapidement aux demandes et préoccupations des clients, en faisant preuve de discernement pour les faire remonter au niveau supérieur, le cas échéant. Tenir à jour des rapports quotidiens et hebdomadaires, anticiper et remonter à son responsable toute préoccupation client ou contractuelle. Assister les clients dans les litiges contractuels et tarifaires, à la demande du responsable. À la demande du responsable, obtenir les autorisations commerciales (AC) et les soumettre aux approbations commerciales applicables. Vérification finale des factures pour garantir leur conformité aux conditions contractuelles. Préparer les modèles d'instructions de facturation manuelle pour NAFSC, le cas échéant. Saisir les livraisons et les données applicables dans le système ERP/SAP.
    Tâches générales

Administers the Sales Order process from start (creation) to finish (delivery) and enters Sales Orders onto ERP/SAP.
    Customer Relationship Management
    Attends pre-induction calls with the Manager. Attends internal meetings and collects information as required to attain the status of the product to provide accurate and timely written/verbal communication to the customer and Rolls Royce aftermarket teams. Responds in a timely manner to Customer requests and concerns, using sound judgement to escalate when and as required.
