About the Role: Title : Business Analyst Location: Remote Qualifications EXPERIENCE: 2/3 years in an IT Business Analyst role within a logistics / supply chain organization Demonstrable analytical skills Significant knowledge and understanding of the logistics / supply chain industry and associated IT systems (such as WMS, TMS, OMS, etc) and expereince with Blue Yonder Capability to undertake the IT Project Manager role for small projects Capability to take the lead BA role on large size projects, often with high-profile international Comfortable in operating in a wide range of business sectors such as Healthcare, Automotives, Technology, E-Commerce, Retail, Food, etc. Knowledge of SQL, diagramming tools, and testing software Salary Range: T he salary for this position is between $100,000- $105,000 annually. About the Role: Job Title: Senior Product Manager Key Responsibilities: Work with numerous stakeholders, including Product, Fraud, and Customer Support to understand and execute on the product roadmap. Work with external partners to integrate third-party services into the core platform. Design and build payment services that create a great user experience. Lead the development of an in-house CRM system tailored for financial services or fintechs. Gather requirements and create specifications for the engineering team. Lead the integration of a third-party fraud platform with existing products. Own the fraud product roadmap and define and report on KPIs by collaborating with risk and compliance teams to design and implement fraud mitigation features within payments and digital banking products. Own the product backlog and prioritize work in sprints. Write user stories and groom them for sprint planning. Remove roadblocks for the engineering team at a business level to help with day-to-day delivery. Work with customer support to identify, prioritize, and resolve production issues. Document functional, non-functional requirements, and release notes for internal/external stakeholders. Look at product analytics and user feedback to iterate upon existing features and to inform key product decisions. Hold product demos for internal/external stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: 8-10 years of work experience in product management. Ability to dive into the technical details as required. Proven experience as a product manager working on mobile and web applications. Experience in at least two of the following: building or integrating CRM systems (ideally in payments or fintech), product management in payments or fintech, or fraud prevention product in payments or banking. Candidates with depth in any two of these areas are encouraged to apply. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to execute high value projects while dealing with competing priorities. Ability to think strategically with solving short-term problems while continuing to focus on long-term needs of the business. Technology and design-focused individual with a strong understanding of agile development processes. Degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent, and product management experience. About the Role: Job Title: Cinematic Animator (AAA Games) Job Description: Responsibilities: Create character/creature motions through a blend of key-frame animation and motion capture. Collaborate with the Lead Cinematic Animator to implement the overall creative direction of our product. Deliver high-quality body and facial animation assets with speed, precision, and attention to detail. Contribute to animation tests, previs, layout, and final shot animation. Assist with motion capture shoots and help define technical and creative requirements. Actively communicate progress and potential issues, flagging risks ahead of deadlines. Requirements: 3–7+ years of experience creating high-quality character and creature animation. Strong proficiency in both key-frame and motion capture animation. Proven experience animating realistic humans, with an emphasis on expressive and accurate facial animation. Prior experience working with FACS-based rigs for facial animation is a must. A strong grasp of body mechanics, timing, weight, and shot composition to deliver believable character performances. A solid understanding of cinematic camera work, especially handheld styles used in storytelling and visual exploration. Experience using Maya (preferred); MotionBuilder is a plus. Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Sequencer, and its interface, with a willingness to problem-solve creatively within the engine environment. Ability to work quickly and adaptively, maintaining high quality under tight timelines. Proactive communication skills with a team-focused mindset.
