    About the Role:

    The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of AutoShack’s IT infrastructure and software systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and spearheading long-term strategic initiatives. This role demands a proactive leader who can multitask, manage vendors effectively, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage budgets to optimize IT performance. You will manage a small but dynamic team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

    Responsibilities:

    IT Infrastructure Management:
    Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and related hardware. Ensure system availability, performance, and security across all platforms.
    Azure Administration:
    Manage and optimize cloud services within Microsoft Azure. Implement best practices for cloud security, scalability, and cost management.
    Security Oversight:
    Develop and enforce security policies to protect IT infrastructure. Conduct regular security assessments and audits. Respond promptly to security incidents and breaches.
    Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery:
    Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to business operations. Organize and lead business continuity exercises and drills to test the effectiveness of plans and identify areas for improvement. Ensure that business operations can resume quickly and efficiently after a disaster, minimizing downtime and data loss.
    Documentation and Compliance:
    Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    Multitasking and Problem-Solving:

    Handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without sacrificing quality. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, preventing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    Certifications: o Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. o CompTIA Security or equivalent security certification. o Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or similar certification. o Additional certifications in system administration and network management are advantageous.
    Experience:

    Minimum of 7 years in system administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud service management. Demonstrated experience in team leadership, including hiring, performance management, and mentoring IT staff. Strong background in IT security practices and incident response. Experience in developing and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Demonstrated proficiency in system documentation and compliance.
    Skills:

    Hands-on experience with network infrastructure, server management, and data security. Strong Leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation and performance oversight. Excellent multitasking abilities and strong project management skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. With continued retail expansion and digital growth, we are seeking a specialist-level marketing leader with deep expertise in managing marketplace performance and omnichannel acquisition.
    Position Overview The Director of Marketplace & Performance Marketing is responsible for owning and scaling performance across all digital marketplaces and advertising platforms. This is a hands-on, onsite leadership role with a clear mandate to drive traffic, increase conversions, and grow revenue through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Google Shopping, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Do not apply unless you have direct experience managing marketplace performance and advertising on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Google Shopping, and Salesforce. This is a performance-driven role requiring proven results.
    Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day strategy and execution across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Google Shopping. Lead advertising campaigns (PPC, sponsored listings, DSP) directly within marketplace platforms and through Salesforce. Oversee marketplace SEO, catalog optimization, product listings, and A/B testing. Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud for customer segmentation, retargeting, and cross-channel campaigns. Monitor key performance indicators (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, etc.) and continuously optimize. Collaborate with product, operations, and IT teams to align campaigns with inventory and pricing strategy. Direct internal marketing resources or agencies to support growth objectives. Analyze competitive landscape and pricing trends to guide channel strategy.
    Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on marketplace performance experience Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Google Shopping are mandatory . Strong expertise using Salesforce Commerce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud . Deep understanding of ad platforms: Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, eBay Ads, and Google Ads. Skilled in content optimization, marketplace SEO, keyword targeting, and campaign testing. Strong data literacy must be fluent in analytics, attribution, KPIs, and reporting. Experience in B2C ecommerce with high-SKU catalogs or automotive categories preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
