    Key Responsibilities:

    IT Infrastructure & Network Support:
    Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including network hardware, end-user devices, and telephony systems across corporate and retail locations. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to networking, hardware, operating systems, software, and telephony. Support cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, and security systems. Ensure data backups, redundancy, and disaster recovery measures are functional and regularly tested.
    Systems Administration & Technical Support:
    Provide technical support for corporate applications, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, CRM, Warehouse Management Systems, and Microsoft 365 Suite. Assist the in-house development team by managing IT resources and ensuring proper environments for development, testing, and deployment. Support software installations, system updates, and peripheral configurations as needed. Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets to ensure timely issue resolution for end-users.

    IT Security & Compliance:
    Follow IT security best practices to safeguard corporate data and IT assets. Support the implementation of endpoint security, firewall configurations, and user access controls. Assist with compliance measures related to data security, PCI DSS (if applicable), and industry standards.
    Collaboration & IT Project Support:
    Assist in evaluating hardware, software, and network solutions to support business needs. Support IT projects such as system migrations, store expansions, and network upgrades. Work closely with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to troubleshoot and maintain IT systems.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of hands-on IT experience, including: o Microsoft Windows Server administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, SQL Server). o Cloud computing platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). o Firewall, VPN, and network troubleshooting (Sophos, Ubiquiti, or similar technologies). o Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar). o VoIP telephony setup and troubleshooting. Experience supporting Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, CRM, and inventory management software in a retail environment is a strong asset. Familiarity with Linux-based systems and scripting (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus. Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Effective collaboration and communication skills to work within an IT team and assist end-users.
    Preferred Skills & Additional Considerations:
    Experience managing IT infrastructure in multi-location retail environments. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and security requirements. Understanding of IT asset management and procurement processes.
