  • Position: Examination Coordinator for Leading Professional Regulator Type: Hybrid work model - 18 Month Maternity Leave Location: Downtown Toronto Salary: 65-75k 9am to 5pm

    Who They Are Looking For
    Located in beautiful offices downtown, this regulator is searching for an experienced Examination Coordinator with either education, medical or regulatory industry experience who can assist with the planning and delivery of examinations for all licensing candidates
    Responsibilities Provides integrated support to candidates applying for accommodations, interprets and assesses confidential candidate documents to determine eligibility, develop accommodation plans and provides ongoing communication and support services to candidates. Coordinates schedules, contracts venues and services for the administration of secure licensing examination events. Monitors candidate registration numbers and proctor roster changes, modifies contracts, and revises/reallocates resources as required. Responds to candidate inquiries, concerns, on-site illnesses, and other candidate emergencies Monitors examination expenses, modifies cost projections as necessary, calculates, verifies, invoices for the payment of proctors, security personnel, and third-party services.
    Qualifications A college diploma in a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an event-delivery, customer service, or administrative role within an education, regulatory, or medical environment Proven administrative and project management skills are required, preferably in a client-focused environment.
