  • We are seeking a visionary Vice President, Head of Integrated Production. Your mandate is to redefine how INNOCEAN brings ideas to life, setting a new standard for craft, speed and innovation across the agency. This is a rare opportunity to build the future-state production model inside a globally connected agency by combining creativity, technology, and operational rigor in new ways. You will join INNOCEAN’s executive team, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, and head the studio and production function. This is a team of approximately 25 staff producing everything from mobile apps to broadcast television, working across all clients at the agency. Your mission is to elevate the creative craft of everything we produce, while modernizing how we work. This will require a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving – building smarter systems, embracing new technologies, and empowering teams to deliver exceptional work with greater speed and impact. Ultimately, you are accountable for the quality, consistency, and evolution of INNOCEAN’s creative output, ensuring our work is world-class, efficient to produce, and future ready. Your Key Duties & Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire the production team across all disciplines spanning Toronto & Montreal (video, content, digital, experiential, design, and post-production). Collaborate with other agency leaders, from account heads to creative and media leads, to drive innovation by identifying and integrating new technologies, tools, and AI-driven workflows to improve creative quality and efficiency. Own production budgets, schedules, and resourcing to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget. Partner with creative, strategy, and client leadership to turn ambitious ideas into world‑class executions, removing barriers and enabling teams to do their best work. Champion best‑in‑class production practices and scalable processes across platforms – Evaluate and build partnerships with external vendors, production companies, and tech platforms. Qualifications You Bring: 15+ years of experience in production environments, with experience leading complex, multi‑channel campaigns. Formal education or training in production, creative technologies, design, or business is valued, but relevant work experience is equally meaningful. Experience operating at the executive leadership table, contributing to executive decision‑making, driving agency growth, or operational transformation. A proven leader of multidisciplinary teams, known for building trust, developing talent, and fostering collaboration across functions and senior stakeholders. Strong financial and operational acumen, with the ability to balance craft, speed, and budget, while connecting production excellence to profitability, client satisfaction, as well as agency reputation/business development. Deep understanding of creative production processes across multiple channels, with hands‑on experience leveraging AI, automation, and emerging tech in creative production. Experience leading large teams through transformation such as new workflows, AI adoption, restructuring, growth phases, etc., and collaborating with other department heads to accomplish those shifts enterprise wide. Experience scaling teams or systems across geographies, including Quebec; INNOCEAN is national and part of a global network, so familiarity working across regions and cultures is a definite asset.
