    Here is how you will be involved
    • Participate in ERP Finance implementation, migration or optimization projects
    • Assess the impact of system changes on financial processes
    • Write detailed functional specifications for technical team
    • Coordinate between Finance teams, IT and clients
    • Ensure ERP settings comply with accounting and tax regulations
    • Recommend improvements to optimize ERP usage
    • Test and valid new features before deployment
    Support financial users with training sessions If required.

    Your experience
    • University degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Lead on ERP implementation projects

    • Job Location: We welcome international candidates to apply for this position. This opportunity is based in the province of Quebec, either in Montreal or Quebec City.
    Here is how you will be involved

    • Guide the client in defining their requirements and direct them towards relevant modules and functionalities.
    • Configure and customize the module according to specific needs.
    • Oversee the work order management process from creation to closure.
    • Collaborate with operational teams to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
    • Keep technical documentation up-to-date and ensure knowledge transfer related to responsibilities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in IT
    • Fluency in both English and French
    • At least 5 years or more of experience in large-scale projects involving SAP implementation, deployment, support, and/or upgrades in one of the following modules: SD, PM, FICO or EWM
    • In-depth knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes
    • Your expertise in integration points and connections with other SAP modules

    We are looking for an experienced versatile Senior Cloud Data Architect, Business Intelligence Specialist and Data Analytics with strong technical background in Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, and BI tools, along with hands on experience in Data Architecture, ETL processes, and Cloud based analytics solutions. This role requires strong leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and engage with business stakeholders, to drive innovation in data solutions. A strong understanding of Operational Management and ITIL best practices will be a significant plus to ensure continuous improvement and smooth delivery of services aligned with business needs.

    Here is how you will be involved

    • Lead data engineering and BI teams in developing scalable, high-performance data solutions while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment. Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for service management and operations.
    • Design and implement end to end cloud data architectures using Azure Fabric, Snowflake, and other cloud platforms, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements. Identify opportunities for operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.
    • collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate complex technical concepts into clear insights to ensure alignment of IT services with business strategies
    • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a high standard of work. Apply Agile principles and ITIL frameworks to support seamless project delivery and operational continuity
    • Provide guidance to junior engineers and other stakeholders on best practices, and troubleshooting. Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning to improve team performance and adherence to ITIL service lifecycle management
    • Work closely with data scientists, analysts and business leaders to create value-driven BI solutions and support decision-making processes. Ensure smooth integration of services and support in alignment with business service-level agreements (SLAs)
    • Lead initiatives for the implementation of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and performance tuning for efficient data solution deployment and optimization. Collaborate on IT service continuity planning, change management, and incident management to ensure service availability and reliability
    • Work collaboratively with leadership teams to drive data strategy and operational alignment with business goals, ensuring that services aligned with business requirements, and IT service management processes are optimized

    Your experience

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
    • 7 years of experience in cloud data architecture, data engineering, business intelligence (BI), and enterprise data solutions.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Data Lake) and Snowflake; experience with AWS is an asset.
    • Deep expertise in Power BI, PowerApps, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS (Tabular & Multidimensional Models), along with strong capabilities in data modeling and performance optimization.
    • Knowledge of data governance frameworks, compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, etc.), and security best practices is a plus.
    • Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks is a plus.
    • Proven ability to proactively manage data-related incidents, minimize disruptions, and implement resilient and scalable data solutions.
    • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive enterprise-wide data initiatives.

    Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs, business processes, and technical requirements.
    Solution Design: Design end-to-end integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud, considering factors such as data mapping, transformation, routing, and error handling.
    Integration Development: Develop integrations within Oracle Integration Cloud using its various capabilities, including adapters, connectors, orchestration flows, and pre-built integrations.
    API Management: Design and implement APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to expose and consume services, ensuring security, scalability, and reusability.
    Data Mapping and Transformation: Define data mappings and transformations to ensure seamless data exchange between different systems and formats.
    Security and Compliance: Implement security measures such as authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance standards to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance.
    Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of integration solutions.
    Your experience :
    - 5 years Oracle development experience and 2 years integration experience
    - Experience in implementing Oracle EBS or ERP Cloud financial management solutions
    - Experience on at least 2 large-scale projects
    - You are familiar with eb services tools (REST, SOAP, WSDL, JSON, XML)
    - Knowledge of integration deployment automation (OIC)
    - Oracle Integration Cloud expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Integration Cloud platform, including its features, components and capabilities for designing, developing and managing integrations.
    - API management skills: Expertise in designing, implementing and managing APIs using Oracle API Platform Cloud Service or Oracle Integration Cloud API Management.
    - Interpersonal and results-oriented communication skills
    - Your ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure with multiple deadlines
    - Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside Quebec.
