Undertake market analysis, research and business development
Track and be accountable for overall team productivity
Coach, support, and train your team in sales methodologies
Work with your team and enablement to identify new opportunities and develop targeted sales pitch
Inspire, lead and create a positive and high-performance culture and sales environment
Own your team’s metrics and performance, ensuring accurate data is recorded on CRM
Develop marketing resources for potential clients and perform other marketing and business development duties as assigned
Create and maintain customer relationships
Work with internal client managers and teams in the development of business development and marketing strategies
