POSITION
Are you a skilled HVAC professional ready to take the next step into leadership - while staying hands-on in the field? Join PMC Energy as an HVAC Team Leader Supervisor, where you'll guide and mentor installation teams, oversee projects, and still work directly on challenging, complex HVAC systems.
What You'll Do
Lead and support HVAC installation teams on commercial and multi-unit residential projects.
Perform and oversee installations including boilers, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, rooftop units, and more.
Mentor and coach apprentices and lead installers.
Enforce a safety-first culture with zero compromises.
Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Act as a professional point of contact for clients and contractors.
What We're Looking For
Journeyman/Red Seal HVAC/R (or equivalent) with proven installation experience.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience in the trades.
Strong troubleshooting and technical expertise (VRF/VRV experience is an asset).
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Nova Scotia.
