POSTING DETAILS Position - Teacher - Technology Education Focus - Woodwork / Metalwork / Automotive / Electronics Start Date - As soon as possible (flexible) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Education degree (Technology of Industrial Education concentration) or equivalent training. Industrial education courses equal to 33 units which are relevant to prescribed curriculum including appropriate teaching methodology courses for the assignment. Appropriate journeyman's status or equivalent (if CPP). A valid Teacher Regulation Branch Certificate, or in progress Ability to understand and effectively carry out general oral and written instructions with minimum supervision. Ability to communicate effectively using courtesy and tact in the explanation and exchange of information. Ability to determine, judge and select an appropriate course of action within limits of established methods and procedures.
