_ Qualifications: _
A minimum of 5 years of experience in dental management is essential.
Proven experience in staff supervision is necessary.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this role.
A solid background in managing budgets and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) is expected.
Experience in conflict resolution is considered an asset.
Familiarity with Tracker Dental Software is a plus.
Experience in Treatment Coordination will be advantageous.

Lead and manage the dental office team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive and welcoming environment for patients.
Display excellent leadership and management skills to effectively supervise and motivate staff.
Organize and manage schedules , appointments, and daily tasks with strong time management skills.
Ensure the office meets financial goals , including managing budgets and KPIs.
Facilitate clear communication between patients and dental professionals, ensuring patients are well-informed about treatments and procedures.
Assist in conflict resolution and provide ongoing support to ensure a cohesive and efficient team environment.
Maintain patient records and oversee administrative tasks to ensure compliance with office protocols.
