Trial Parts Ordering Analyst
Position Summary:In this role, you will be integral to managing parts ordering and supply chain processes for new model trials. Key responsibilities include:
Daily Management: Oversee the ordering and supply chain management of trial parts from approximately 300 suppliers across North America and internationally.Parts Ordering Management: Perform calculations and system inputs to facilitate accurate and timely ordering of trial parts.Supplier Management: Monitor supplier responses and shipping schedules, addressing any deviations and ensuring adherence to requirements.Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with contractors to manage inventory and ensure smooth movement of parts through the supply chain.Condition Reporting: Generate comprehensive and dynamic reports that communicate the status of trial parts ordering for key project phases and milestones.Coordination: Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure resources and deliverables are aligned with project requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:

Role Overview:The Cost and Schedule Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and control of large and complex capital projects. This role ensures the integration of cost and schedule management practices, providing accurate forecasting, analysis, and reporting in accordance with procedures and project management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules in alignment with standards, including facilitating IAP sessions and performing critical path, PERT, and CPM analyses.Establish and maintain project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS).Support project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes, including monthly accruals, expenditure commitments, and payment tracking.Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to track project performance (CPI, SPI, EV).Conduct variance, trend, and risk analyses; develop corrective and recovery plans as needed.Support cost and schedule contingency management and assist with change management, including quantifying impacts on scope, cost, and schedule.Prepare reports and presentations for monthly reporting cycles, phase gate reviews, and project governance requirements.Monitor project risks and integrate mitigation strategies into cost and schedule forecasts.Maintain standardized documentation, reporting templates, and file management systems.Collaborate with project managers, finance, and engineering teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and alignment across all project control functions.
Qualifications and Technical Skills:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.3-5+ years of experience in project controls, cost management, or scheduling within a large capital project environment (nuclear or energy sector preferred).Proficiency with Primavera P6 and advanced Excel or Power BI reporting tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.Demonstrated ability to perform financial and schedule variance analysis and develop recovery strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Familiarity with Earned Value Management, project baselines, and month-end close processes.

The Role
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to enable successful onboarding of contractors with Tundra’s clients.
Communicate and confirm key contract facts with payrollees including hourly rate expectations (some negotiation may be required), availability and contractor status (T4, sole proprietor or incorporated consultant)Provide written and verbal instructions to payrollees on completing all necessary onboarding documentation, such as background checks forms, employment verification forms and reference checks formsProcess all forms in a timely fashion to meet aggressive client start date timelines and ensure Tundra’s adherence to all client due diligence requirementsWork with candidates and clients to address any issues uncovered during background check processingUpdate and maintain candidate profile information in Tundra’s databases and client databases to ensure timely payment processingCreate and issue employment contracts to payrollees and answer any questions/respond to any change requests, sign back fully executed contractsProvide verbal and written instructions to payrollees on time entry, invoicing, and general payroll related issuesAssist with various internal and client reporting requests and respond to contractor and client requests including early terminations, contract extensions and pay/bill rate changesProcess ongoing system updates and terminations as requiredAssist with recovering client as well as internal assets upon completion of assignment and/or termination
Who You Are
Computer acumen with common MS Office programs (Excel, Word)Self-motivation coupled with a desire to learn and growAdvanced verbal and written communication skillsProven time management and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to obtain a high level of organizationCollege diploma or university degree
The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $40,000 - $42,000.
