The Role:
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to enable successful onboarding of contractors with Tundra's clients.

The Project Coordinator will support the project team by coordinating and organizing project activities, resources and information. The Project Coordinator will work closely with all project team members to ensure adequate project alignment and coordination is occurring at all levels. Duties include monitoring and reporting project performance, tracking completion of work as scheduled, following up on the status of actions for the project team, and liaising between different areas of the project as well as internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Acts as the primary contact for coordination of project information. Reviews project controls reports weekly for all responsible projects to ensure that adverse cost and schedule conditions are being identified and actioned. Supports presentation of DQ/DQ Revisions/DVN’s at CCB for internal Design approval.
Education and Experience: Completion of a post-secondary college diploma or university degree in a related discipline (e.g. Engineering, Engineering Technology), combined with specialized project controls experience in an engineering/construction management organization; or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.
