  • Maintenance Technician  

    - Windsor

    Our automotive manufacturing client is seeking a skilled 442A Licensed Maintenance Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventative, planned, and emergency maintenance, ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably to support production needs. Qualifications Technical Trade School with 442A License (or equivalent). Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; knowledge of IATF 16949/CSR and ISO 14001 standards preferred. Technical Skills: Electrical troubleshooting and ability to read/interpret blueprints. Pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting. PLC programming and diagnostics. Grinding, fabrication, and general equipment repair. Certifications/Training: Forklift operation, Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures. Languages: English (required); German is an asset. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative, planned, and emergency maintenance on production equipment. Respond to line calls, troubleshoot, and repair machinery to support continuous production. Install and commission new plant equipment as required. Fabricate fixtures, workstations, and other production aids. Modify equipment to meet safety, quality, and efficiency requirements. Troubleshoot and program PLCs. Carry out facility maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out and other safety procedures at all times. Ensure compliance with company policies, IATF 16949, CSR (Customer Specific Requirements), and ISO 14001 standards. Participate in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives. Exercise authority to stop production in cases of safety or quality concerns. Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Location: Toronto/Markham, ON Contract Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension) Pay Rate: $90-$100 Description This is a temporary contract position. We are seeking an experienced Training Lead to oversee the design, development, and execution of training strategies for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA business transformation. This pivotal role spans the full project lifecycle—from pre-implementation preparation through deployment and sustainment. Project: A multi-year SAP S/4HANA business transformation initiative focused on modernizing systems, streamlining processes, and driving long-term business value. The program is a strategic priority, touching multiple functions across the organization, and requires strong engagement and clear communications to align leaders, employees, and stakeholders throughout the journey. Responsibilities: Develop training paths, curriculums, and plan for project team training to support successful start an of SAP S4HANA project, both for business and IT project roles. Set-up and manage SAP WalkMe (or similar tool) to manage learning paths and completion Manage / coordinate all learning events Develop onboarding plans and material for project team members. Work with various vendors for team mobilization (where applicable), manage onboarding plans for new team members and other onboarding logistical requirements. Identify project team external training requirements, prep project team training RFQ/RFP, identify possible training vendors, lead process for training vendor selection, and onboard training vendors. Conduct training assessment Develop Learning and Development Strategy for training end-users (internal and external) that will be impacted by SAP S/4HANA implementation that drives identified outcomes (e.g. user proficiency) and measurements Develop and manage training plan Develop training standards Manage training team composed of internal employees, contractors and 3rd party vendor staff Manage training development per ADDIE Train business or functional consultants to develop training or digital adoption content for various audience groups (executive/leadership, corporate, field, warehouse) Manage set-up of all digital adoption technology and development of content Manage training delivery and logistics planning (physical and system) Deliver train-the-trainer or end-user training courses Manage training evaluation Develop and operationalize learning and development sustainment and continuous improvement model and strategy Key Requirements: 15-20 years in training field with 7-10 years minimum experience as an SAP Training Lead Training experience (development and as an instructor) across the full suite of SAP modules as part of large, complex strategic transformation projects Training / Learning development for SAP S4HANA as part of a large enterprise projects Experience managing and/or developing operational / safety training preferred Experience with Digital Adoption tools (e.g. SAP WalkMe preferred), training accelerators, and learning content development tools (e.g. Articulate 360, virtual reality tools) Energy / Utilities experience preferred Experience working in a multi-vendor environment Experience developing and managing training in a unionized environment and for various audience groups (corporate, field, warehouse) Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

We are seeking a Tax & Compliance Manager with extensive experience to serve as compliance guardian for tax reporting, financial and accounting operations as well as the primary point of contact for all audit and tax inquiries from provincial/state and federal government agencies.. This role will work closely with auditors and internal teams to ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting requirements, and internal processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial operations, systems (ADP & Dynamics), and regulatory obligations. This role will delve into Global regulatory and accounting processes and support the Finance team in both North America, Europe and APAC regions. Audit & Tax Compliance: Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and tax authorities during audits and inquiries. Prepare and file sales tax, work with external accountants to file corporate taxes by reviewing and approving all prepared forms. Regulatory Coordination: Ensure Tundra’s financial processes comply with Canadian, US and Global tax laws, coordinating with internal stakeholders to implement necessary controls. Prepare and maintain accurate audit documentation, ensuring timely responses to requests from tax authorities. Process Improvement: Work proactively with the finance team to enhance compliance procedures, minimizing risk exposure and audit findings. Financial Systems Management: Leverage ADP and Dynamics to extract necessary reports, validate financial transactions, and support audits. Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks related to payroll, taxation, financial reporting, and propose mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with the finance, legal, payroll and HR teams to ensure consistency in tax reporting and audit preparedness. 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax compliance, ~ Extensive knowledge of financial operations, internal controls, and reporting requirements. ~ Experience working with ADP and Microsoft Dynamics (or similar ERP systems) is an asset ~ Strong understanding of Canadian tax regulations, particularly compliance related to payroll and corporate taxation. Knowledge of US and Global compliance is an asset. ~ Proven ability to manage external audits, tax inquiries, and regulatory filings. ~ Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings to senior leadership and auditors.
