BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Plus de 8 ans d’expérience en direction et en prestation d’engagements de services en TI pour les entreprises.
- Plus de 8 ans d’expérience pertinente en service de conseils ou dans le secteur, avec une capacité éprouvée à bâtir des relations de confiance avec les principaux dirigeants des services opérationnels et technologiques (notamment le responsable de l’expérience client).
- Expérience du contact avec la clientèle, interactions avec les dirigeants des parties prenantes et expérience de direction de grands programmes de transition.
- Expérience éprouvée d’utilisation de méthodes pour la gestion de projets et de méthodes agiles dans le cadre des engagements au niveau des entreprises, et capacité à les mettre en œuvre pour des grands projets complexes.
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine technique associé ou expérience pratique équivalente.
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais si vous êtes embauché(e) pour le bureau de Montréal.
- Puisque ce rôle nécessite que l’employé interagisse avec d’autres entités d’Amazon à l’échelle mondiale ainsi qu’avec des employés et intervenants dans d’autres provinces canadiennes, la connaissance du français et de l’anglais est exigée pour ce poste si vous êtes embauché(e) pour le bureau de Montréal.

- Expérience de collaboration avec des intégrateurs systèmes et des tiers pour la prestation des services.
- Expérience de projets et programmes de transition infonuagique.
- Présentations à des cadres supérieurs ou à des équipes principales de direction.
- Compréhension des principes et des services technologiques, notamment l’infrastructure, les applications commerciales, la gestion des données, la sécurité, les plateformes d’application et la technologie pour les utilisateurs.
- Certification valide en gestion de projets et expérience avex AWS.
