    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE:
    Overseeing daily kitchen operations across all services and eventsLeading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing culinary teamSetting and maintaining high standards for food quality, presentation, and cleanlinessDeveloping seasonal, guest-focused menus featuring fresh, local ingredientsManaging food and labour budgets with an eye on efficiency and excellenceCollaborating cross-functionally with FOH and leadership teams for seamless serviceEnsuring compliance with food safety standards and best practicesRolling up your sleeves and work the line when needed, this is a hands-on leadership role
    EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
    Three (3) + years in a similar leadership role in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environmentsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate othersDemonstrated ability to manage food and labour costsProven ability to develop, coach and inspire a high-performing teamFamiliarity with tools like Bevspot, POS systems, and kitchen management softwareRed Seal certification (or equivalent) is an asset, but not requiredEligibility to work in CanadaExisting housing in Whistler is a bonus; however temporary housing can be arranged
    SALARY RANGE: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
