YourRoleas an LPNPerforming Nursing skills including assessments, wound care, spinal cord management, specialized skills with additional training as set out in the BCCNM College guidelinesConductingnursingassessmentsand clinical care planningMonitoring clienthealth and updating care plans as neededSupervising and mentoring Care Pros on medically delegated tasksConducting quality assurance visits and care consultationsEducating families and clients on medication, chronic conditions, and safetyEnsuring compliance with WorkSafe BC and regulatory standards
RequirementsCurrent and active LPN license in British ColumbiaMinimum 1 year of experience in home care or geriatric care preferredStrong clinical assessment and problem-solving skillsComfortable with documentation and electronic health recordsClear criminal background checkAble to lift 25 lbs as required for client care tasksMust have a Class 5 Driver’s Licence, own vehicle, and valid auto insurance
SchedulePart-time: Flexible. Shifts available between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Evening 7-9 pm
Occasional attendance for training sessions, meetings, or client emergencies may be required.
