Responsabilités principales
Approvisionnement stratégique
• Rechercher et acheter différentes composantes électroniques telles que drivers LED, cartes de circuits imprimés (PCB), câblage, alimentations électriques, boîtiers et autres pièces associées.
• Identifier, analyser et sélectionner de nouveaux fournisseurs, tant au niveau local qu’international.
• Demander et comparer les soumissions fournisseurs (RFQ) afin d’assurer des conditions compétitives.
• Négocier les prix, les modalités de paiement, les quantités minimales de commande et les ententes d’approvisionnement.
Gestion des fournisseurs
• Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les fournisseurs afin de garantir la qualité des produits et le respect des délais de livraison.
• Suivre la performance des fournisseurs à l’aide d’indicateurs clés tels que le coût, la qualité, la livraison et le niveau de service.
• Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour résoudre les enjeux liés aux retards, aux ruptures d’approvisionnement ou aux problèmes de qualité.

Gestion des coûts et des inventaires
